The conference will be held January 1–4, 2026, at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee!

The price of the Campus Outreach National Conference is currently reduced to $249, and it will go to $299 on Oct 3, 2025. The registration deadline is Dec 3, 2025, and any late registrations are be subject to availability and will incur a $50 late sign up fee.

Conference attendees will stay at various contracted hotels throughout downtown Chattanooga. All conference meetings and events will take place at the Chattanooga Convention Center (minus free day sports tournaments). Attendees do not need to make their own hotel reservations as their paid conference cost will be used to cover their hotel accommodations. Attendees will be placed with students they know from their local campus.

Transportation is on your own but often is coordinated through your campus and regional Campus Outreach staff. Please be in contact with your campus and regional staff for more information.

Parking is available at hotel or city garages through the downtown Chattanooga area. City garages tend to be the most cost effective option.

Yes! Make sure to bring money for:

• Transportation and parking
• Meals (food is not provided)
• Optional free day activities (like shopping or museums)
• Conference merch at the bookstore (t-shirts and books)

Food is not provided, however, there are plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops in the downtown area. Meals and concessions will also be available at the Convention Center for purchase during event functions.

During the conference, you'll get a full free day to enjoy:

• Sports tournaments (basketball, flag football, pickleball, or volleyball)
• Local attractions like hiking, shopping, rock climbing, museums, and more!

Start gathering your team now! Tournament sign-ups will happen at the conference, so keep an eye out for details once you arrive.

Here’s a packing list to help you prep:

• Weather-appropriate clothing for 4 days / 3 nights
• Athletic clothing and shoes for sports tournaments
• Toiletries
• Bible

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the 2026 National Conference website registration page Refund Request Form.

Any cancellation request made before December 1, 2025, will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee (any amount paid above that amount may be refunded).

Due to the timing of financial obligations at our conference venue, all registrations after December 1, 2025, are non-refundable except in extremely extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Campus Outreach National Conference leadership.
